ShopDecor processes personal data submitted through the Statutory Right of Withdrawal Form to receive, confirm and manage the exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.

The data processed may include full name or company name where applicable, email address, order number, delivery country, products concerned.

The form does not require the customer to provide a reason or supporting documents for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

After the form submission, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered in the form.

6. Order Complaints & Support Form

ShopDecor processes personal data submitted through the Order Complaints & Support Form to receive, confirm, assess and manage complaints, damaged products, defective or non-conforming products, delivery issues, warranty matters, missing, incomplete or incorrect products and other order-related communications.

Depending on the matter, customers may voluntarily provide photographs, documents or additional information. Customers should avoid sending unnecessary personal data or information concerning third parties unless relevant to the matter.

After the form submission, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered in the form.

7. Payments and Financial Information

Online payments may be processed through payment providers such as Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Bank transfer may also be available. For purchases outside the website, other payment tools such as Revolut Payments may be used.

ShopDecor processes payment-related information needed to manage the order, accounting records, fraud prevention and refunds. Full payment card data is generally processed by the payment provider and not stored directly by ShopDecor.

8. Delivery, Carriers and Customs

ShopDecor may share delivery information with carriers, logistics providers, customs brokers and other parties necessary to deliver the order, manage customs formalities, track shipments, handle delivery issues or process returns.

Carriers may include FedEx, TNT, Poste Italiane, BRT, UPS, DHL, Schenker and other carriers depending on destination and shipment requirements.

9. Customer Support and Chat Tools

ShopDecor may process customer communications through email, contact forms and customer support tools. ShopDecor uses Tidio - Live Chat & Chatbots to manage live chat and customer support interactions where available.

10. Marketing Communications

ShopDecor may send marketing emails, newsletters and promotional communications through Shopify marketing tools where the customer has consented or where applicable law permits similar-product communications to existing customers. Customers can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or by contacting ShopDecor.

Service emails related to orders, payments, shipping, customer support, statutory withdrawal, complaints, warranty claims and similar matters are not marketing communications and may be sent where necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.

11. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Tools

ShopDecor uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, measure performance, support marketing and improve services. Cookie categories may include strictly necessary cookies, preference cookies, analytics cookies and marketing cookies.

Some providers used by ShopDecor may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, ShopDecor relies on appropriate transfer mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards provided by applicable data protection law.

Where required, ShopDecor assesses transfer risks and adopts supplementary measures through its providers or contractual arrangements.

13. Data Retention

ShopDecor keeps personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to fulfil contracts, comply with legal, tax, customs and accounting obligations, manage customer requests, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Individuals also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. For Italy, the supervisory authority is the “Garante per la protezione dei dati personali”.
