Exhibitions, Teaching and Awards
Miriam Mirri has participated in several national and international exhibitions, including the Triennale Design Museum, The New Italian Design, and D come Design. The Hand, the Mind, the Heart. Some of her products are featured in the International Design Yearbook 2005 (Laurence King Publishing). Alongside her design practice, she has held workshops at the Università del Progetto and the Domus Academy in Milan, sharing her experience with design students and professionals. She is also a member of the ADI – Associazione per il Disegno Industriale.
Over her career, she has received several awards, including the 1992 Art Directors Club Italia Award for Libretti of the Opera (Bayer - Aspirina©), the 2006 Fritz Henkel Award for Innovation (as part of a project team), and the 2016 A’Design Award for her Acacia honey dipper. From 2018 to 2024, she continues to develop independent projects for Italian companies, maintaining her distinctive blend of creativity, empathy, and functionality.
