The Flos Noctambule Cylinder LED pendant lamp transforms three transparent blown-glass modules into a vertical architecture of light designed for generous indoor spaces. Within the contemporary language of Flos, the structure achieves presence through transparency rather than visual mass: by day, the cylinders appear almost immaterial, while after dark the luminous junctions reveal the rhythm of the composition. The three Low Cylinders create an elongated silhouette particularly suited to stairwells, entrance halls, double-height living rooms and sophisticated hospitality interiors. Opal optical silicone ring diffusers articulate the modules with soft bands of light, giving the pendant a refined identity that feels sculptural without obstructing the surrounding architecture.

Vertical rhythm within Flos Pendants

As part of Flos Pendants, the three-cylinder configuration offers a striking solution for spaces where suspended lighting must engage with height as well as floor plan. Its transparent glass structure preserves open sightlines, making the Noctambule 3 Cylinders high ceiling pendant particularly effective in staircases, foyers and tall reception areas where a conventional chandelier could feel visually heavy. A 4 m cable provides generous flexibility when calibrating suspension height, allowing the composition to occupy the vertical volume with precision. The integrated LED system is dimmable from 10% to 100%, so the luminous effect can shift from a brighter architectural presence to a softer evening atmosphere according to the function of the space.

Konstantin Grcic x Flos: modular clarity and luminous precision

Within Konstantin Grcic x Flos, Konstantin Grcic explores the contrast between near-invisible glass volumes and clearly defined rings of light. The three Low Cylinders establish a measured cadence, while the opal silicone diffusers soften the LED output and visually separate each transparent module. Rather than relying on decorative detail, the design gains character through proportion, repetition and the tension between material transparency and luminous intensity. The LED source can be replaced by qualified personnel, supporting long-term specification in premium residential and contract environments. This makes the Noctambule 3 Cylinders statement staircase light as technically considered as it is visually distinctive.

A defining composition within Flos Noctambule and Flos Ceiling lights

As part of Flos Noctambule, the three-cylinder suspension represents one of the family’s clearest expressions of vertical modularity, using repeated glass elements to build scale without losing delicacy. Coordinated with Flos Ceiling Lights, it can form part of a layered architectural scheme in which suspended and overhead sources establish different levels of brightness and spatial hierarchy. The Noctambule 3 Cylinders foyer chandelier works naturally in private residences, boutique hotels, galleries and design-led reception spaces, where its transparent body can coexist with stone, timber, metal and glass finishes without visually closing the room. With its 4 m suspension cable, dimmable output and refined modular construction, the lamp offers architects and interior designers a sophisticated solution for tall interiors that require both luminous atmosphere and a memorable contemporary focal point.
