GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Art. 1 - Scope

  1. By navigating this area, the user accesses the Shopdecor website via a link: shopdecor.com.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with BAZZURINI Srl by consumers. Consumers, within the meaning of these terms and conditions, are physical persons who enter into a legal transaction primarily for non-business purposes.

  4. Before accessing the products offered on the Site, the User must read these General Conditions of Sale, which are accepted generally and unequivocally at the time of purchase.
  5. We invite you to download and print a copy of the purchase form and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
    Shopdecor reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions unilaterally and without prior notice. The terms and conditions available on this page at the time of conclusion of the contract will apply to the contractual relationship.
  6. These General Conditions of Sale regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders for products on shopdecor.com and do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the Seller present on the same website through links, banners or other hypertext links.

    We recommend that you review the Conditions of Sale before placing orders and purchasing products and services from parties other
    than Shopdecor.

Art. 2 - Conclusion of contract

  1. To conclude the purchase contract, the form must be completed electronically and sent according to the relevant instructions.
  2. It contains the reference to the General Conditions of Sale, the images of each product and its price, the means of payment available, the shipping methods for the purchased products and the corresponding shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, as well as the methods and times for returning the purchased products.
  3. Before concluding the contract, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, including the information on the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data.
  4. The contract is concluded when the seller receives the form completed by the user after verifying the accuracy of the data contained therein.
  5. The user is obliged to pay the price from the date of conclusion of the contract.
  6. Upon conclusion of the contract, the seller accepts the order for fulfillment.

Art. 3 - Registered Users

When completing the registration procedures, the User undertakes to follow the instructions on the Website and to provide his personal data correctly and truthfully.

The user is obliged to inform Shopdecor immediately of any changes to his data at any time.

If the user subsequently provides inaccurate or incomplete data, or even if there are disputes between the interested parties regarding the payments made, Shopdecor has the right not to process the order or to suspend the shipment of the goods until the related defects are resolved.

The user undertakes to keep his access data confidential and to store it with due care and not to disclose it to third parties, even temporarily.

Art. 4 - Availability of products

Product availability on the website is for informational purposes only. No claims can be derived from it.

In exceptional cases, it is possible that a product is not available after the order has been placed. In this case, Shopdecor will contact the customer directly to find a solution together.

Shopdecor offers a wide range of items including chairs and stools,
tables and coffee tables, sofas and armchairs, furnishing accessories,
lighting, table and kitchen items and accessories.

Art. 6 - Payment methods and prices

The prices listed on the website include VAT. In exceptional cases, the prices listed may be incorrect. In this case, we may not accept your order (offer). In this case, you will not receive an order confirmation.

The prices on the website are expressed in various currencies for a better user experience. They are exempt from import duties and shipping costs.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed for which the order confirmation has already been sent.

Once the desired products are selected, they will be added to the shopping cart. It is important to follow the purchase instructions and enter and verify the information requested at each step of the process. Order details can be changed before payment.

Payment can be made using the following payment methods:
Credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay
and Google Pay.

Art. 7 - Delivery

Shopdecor ships to over 200 countries. Before placing your order, you can view shipping costs for each location by selecting the correct country on the checkout page. We recommend selecting your country on the homepage before browsing so you can see product prices in your correct currency.

Shopdecor's shipping companies only deliver to the user's home address specified at the time of purchase. Delivery by shipping company is to the curb.

Delivery is normally within 30 days or, if no delivery date is specified in the order confirmation, within the estimated delivery time indicated on the product page and at the time of selecting the delivery method at checkout.

If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the warehouse of the carrier responsible for transport. In this case, the customer will receive a notification indicating the location of the order and how to arrange a new delivery.

In the event that the customer cannot be present at the delivery location on the date and time communicated by the carrier, the customer must contact the carrier again to arrange a new delivery date. If you have any difficulties contacting the carrier, please contact Shopdecor Customer Service.

If you do not accept the delivery within 30 days of the first delivery attempt, we will return the shipment to the central warehouse. We will then refund the purchase price to the payment method you used for payment. Shopdecor's liability for any damages resulting from culpable delay in acceptance remains unaffected by this provision. If you request a second delivery after the 30-day period has expired, we will invoice you for the costs of storage, delivery attempts, the first and subsequent deliveries, as well as the purchase price. We assume no liability for the availability of the goods after the 30-day period has expired. If necessary, please contact our Shopdecor customer service.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and will be expressly highlighted when ordering.

Art. 8 - Right of withdrawal

The consumer may withdraw from the concluded contract within 14 days without giving reasons. This period begins:

  • on the day on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier designated by the consumer acquires possession of the goods,
  • if the consumer has ordered several goods within the framework of a single order which are delivered separately, on the day on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier designated by the consumer acquires possession of the last delivered goods,
  • in the case of delivery of goods in several partial deliveries, on the day on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier designated by the consumer acquires possession of the last partial delivery,
  • in the case of contracts for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period of time, on the day on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier designated by the consumer acquires possession of the first delivered goods,

The declaration of withdrawal is not subject to any specific form. The consumer may use the sample withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. The withdrawal period is met if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within the deadline.

The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all parts, and with all tax documents attached. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above provisions, Shopdecor will refund the amount of the products affected by the withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. In the event that the order was subject to a free shipping promotion, the costs associated with the return are still borne by the customer. In the event that Shopdecor sends a prepaid return label, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total refunded amount. The shipping amount varies depending on the location and product type and can be verified by adding this product to the checkout on the Shopdecor website.

Shopdecor may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or until the buyer provides evidence that he has returned the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period , Goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs, goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery, goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery, alcoholic beverages the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract but which cannot be delivered earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence, sound or video recordings or computer software that are delivered in a sealed package if their seal has been removed after delivery and newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for the delivery of such publications,

Shopdecor will refund using the same payment method used by the buyer during the purchase. When paying by bank transfer and exercising the right of withdrawal, the user must provide the bank details required for the refund: IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC.

Art. 9 - Severability clause

In the event that any of the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale should be invalid for any reason, this shall in no way affect the validity and compliance with the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Art. 11 Applicable law/jurisdiction

Italian law is agreed to be the applicable law. This is without prejudice to mandatory rights to which the consumer is entitled in his or her home country (place of habitual residence), which offer the consumer more rights than Italian law.

All disputes related to and/or arising from the contractual relationship must be resolved exclusively before the Italian courts. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction remains unaffected by this provision.
