Within the Flos Glo Ball choice, the Mini Glo-Ball T distils the collection’s familiar spherical language into its most intimate table format. Designed for indoor use, the lamp combines a hand-blown opal glass diffuser with a discreet PBT base and lamp-holder support, allowing the luminous globe to remain the defining visual element. Its compact proportions make it especially effective on bedside tables, shelving, small consoles and hospitality surfaces where available space is limited but atmospheric lighting is still essential. The opal white glass distributes light gently across the entire sphere, creating a calm luminous presence that works naturally with timber, stone, lacquer, metal and textiles while preserving the understated simplicity associated with the wider family.

Flos Mini Glo-Ball T: compact light with material clarity

The Flos Mini Glo-Ball T table lamp expresses the refined lighting culture of Flos through a deliberately reduced combination of glass, technical components and pure geometry. The hand-blown diffuser softens the emitted light rather than concentrating it into a narrow beam, making the lamp particularly suited to intimate evening settings where visual comfort matters. A 1.5 m cable gives useful freedom when positioning the fixture across bedrooms, lounges and boutique hospitality interiors, while the compact PBT base keeps the structure visually unobtrusive. The result is a small globe table lamp that delivers atmosphere without demanding excessive surface area, offering a practical solution wherever a full-size luminaire would feel disproportionate.

A versatile accent within Flos Table lights

As part of the Flos Table Lights, the Mini Glo-Ball T lamp by Jasper Morrison x Flos provides a flexible source of ambient illumination for compact surfaces and carefully layered interiors. Its small footprint makes it an elegant bedside companion, a luminous accent on shelving or a subtle addition to a side table beside lounge seating. The spherical diffuser remains visible from every angle, giving the Mini Glo-Ball T ambient lamp a sculptural quality despite its reduced scale. Used individually, it introduces a soft point of light without visual clutter; repeated across hotel rooms, hospitality suites or residential spaces, it can create a consistent rhythm based on the same simple geometry. The opal finish keeps the overall effect neutral and adaptable, allowing nearby materials and furnishings to retain their visual importance.

Jasper Morrison and the refinement of essential form

Jasper Morrison approaches Mini Glo-Ball T through reduction rather than decoration, relying on proportion, craftsmanship and the familiarity of the sphere to create a lamp with lasting relevance. The hand-blown glass gives the object tactile quality, while its compact dimensions make the design especially useful for contemporary interiors where surfaces are increasingly curated and multifunctional. The Mini Glo-Ball T small bedside lamp works equally well in private bedrooms, hotel suites, intimate lounges and refined professional settings where a quiet source of diffused light can enhance atmosphere without dominating the composition. Even when switched off, the rounded silhouette remains a clear decorative presence, combining visual softness, practical versatility and enduring contemporary character in a miniature interpretation of an established lighting language, making it one the Flos Best Sellers.
