LUIGI CACCIA DOMINIONI
Luigi Caccia Dominioni was born in Milan in 1913, a city where he has always lived, except for a short time he spent in Switzerland during the Republic of Salò, and in which there are many architectural testimonies left by the architect, urban planner and designer during the reconstruction after World War II. Luigi Caccia Dominioni conceived also design products of unique value. For Alessi he designed the Caccia series in stainless steel (the ladle, the salad set, the cake server and the cutlery set); for the Azucena brand he designed the Monachella lamp, the Catilina armchair, the Casaccia furniture, the Toro sofa and armchair. The architect disappeared in 2016.
