KnIndustrie proposes elegant and original TAJINE, designed exclusively by Rodolfo Dordoni. This peculiar pot originating from Maghreb is usually used to cook meat, fish and vegetables for long hours. TAJINE POT is formed by two parts: the lower part contains food while the upper lid is peculiarly cone-shaped in order to let condensation water drop on food, preserving it soft and tasty. While traditional Tajine pots are made of terracotta or ceramic, the one proposed by KnInudstrie is produced in non-sticking aluminium of a dark brown colour, a material that will guarantee high cooking standards. The lid can be lift thanks to the practical polyester cord ring, which will add a touch of originality to your Tajine.
