ENZO MARI
Enzo Mari was one of the most important Italian designers. Since adolescence he dedicated himself to art: he first attended the Brera Academy of Fine Arts and, later, devoted himself to industrial design. Over the years he created various design objects for major Italian companies. Among these: Artemide, Danese Milano, Zanotta, Rexite, Driade, Alessi, Olivetti, Ideal Standard, Flou, Estel and others. In 2000 he received the Royal Designers for Industry Award and in 2002 he was awarded the Honoris Causa Degree in Industrial Design from the Faculty of Architecture of the Politecnico of Milano.
