The famous designer Davide Groppi designs the Fosbury floor/suspension lamp for the eponymous lighting brand Davide Groppi. This lamp represents the perfect fusion between a suspension lamp and a floor lamp: in fact Fosbury is a floor lamp because it is counterbalanced by a cylinder that acts as a weight and rests on the floor, but it is also a suspension lamp because it is hooked to the ceiling using a 2 meter long cable.
