Designed for indoor use, the lamp pairs a clear PMMA base and diffuser with a distinctive crown that adds character without disturbing the visual lightness of the composition. Edge Lighting technology distributes a soft, even glow, while dimming from 10% to 100% through the switch integrated into the power cord allows the atmosphere to shift from practical illumination to a more intimate evening setting. Available in Copper/Transparent, Chrome/Transparent, Matt Chrome/Transparent, Copper/Fumè and Copper/Fabric, Bon Jour adapts naturally to bedside tables, consoles, desks and elegant hospitality interiors.

A polished presence within Flos Table lights

As part of Flos Table Lights, Bon Jour balances decorative presence with everyday usability. Polymethyl methacrylate gives the structure a clear, polished quality that interacts subtly with surrounding surfaces, helping the lamp remain visually light even in layered interiors. The integrated LED creates comfortable diffused illumination suited to bedrooms, lounges, hotel suites and refined work areas, while the 2.35 m cable provides useful freedom when positioning the fixture. The plug-in power supply is supplied with interchangeable plugs for added flexibility. Its controlled scale and luminous clarity make the Bon Jour designer table lamp equally effective as a discreet bedside light or an expressive accent on a console or occasional table.

Flos Bon Jour: transparency, control and decorative precision

The Flos Bon Jour table lamp reflects the technical refinement and contemporary design language associated with Flos. Its transparent PMMA structure lets light, colour and surrounding materials interact through the body, while the decorative crown gives each finish combination a distinct personality. Copper introduces warmth, chrome adds a cooler reflective note, Fumè creates greater visual depth and fabric brings a softer tactile character. The LED source can be replaced by a qualified professional, supporting long-term use while preserving the clean geometry of the fixture. Together with the integrated dimming function, these details make Bon Jour a refined solution for interiors where lighting must provide visual comfort while contributing a recognisable design element.

Layered interiors with Flos Portables

Placed in dialogue with Flos Portables, Bon Jour can support layered lighting schemes in which fixed table illumination and movable sources create different levels of atmosphere across the room. Its soft diffused light works particularly well beside a bed, on a living-room console or within boutique hospitality settings where the fixture must feel elegant from every angle. The transparent body allows timber, stone, metal, lacquer and textile finishes to remain visible around it, while the interchangeable crowns make it easier to coordinate the lamp with different palettes.
